The Service is provided for post-game analysis and review purposes only. Any use of this Service during live gameplay, whether online or in-person, is a violation of these Terms and may violate the terms of service of poker platforms and gaming regulations.

• Use the Service during any live poker game, tournament, or real-time gameplay session
• Use the Service to gain an unfair advantage in any poker game or tournament
• Violate any poker platform's terms of service or rules

• Any losses incurred in poker games, tournaments, or gambling activities
• Any account suspensions, bans, or penalties imposed by poker platforms
• Any legal consequences resulting from misuse of the Service

You acknowledge and agree that you use the Service at your own risk and that we are NOT accountable for any outcomes, whether positive or negative, that result from your use of the Service.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PokerShark and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

• Misuse of the Service, including use during live gameplay
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users
